Beach Babe

Yesterday, Chris and I were sitting at the cove with Amelia just enjoying the breeze, and the waves, and the beautiful sun. Chris was leaning back on a bench folding his arms and Amelia promptly folded her arms, said a bunch of jibberish and then loudly procalaimed, "Amen!" It was so cute to see her understand the motions of prayer.

Since we went to the beach so many times this weekend - which Chris did only because he said it was my unlucky weekend - Amelia now things that every time we get in the car we are headed for the water, which she lets us know by yelling, "WATER, WATER, WATER."

I love that she loves the water so much!

It is fun having a 1 year old in the summer. In San Diego.
