For Grandma Stephanie, Who Lives Far Away

Here are a few close-up plane-ticket-buying-inducing pictures.

Oldest & Youngest

Amelia is in LOVE with the baby. She calls him "our sweetie" and "our boy." And is constantly saying he is "tooooooooooo cute." She wants to hold him every chance she gets.

First Visitors

First Family Photo

It's going to be quite the crazy circus around our house for the new few weeks. And, we wouldn't have it any other way.

The Andersen's Visit

A few weeks ago my parents and several of my siblings visited. We had so much fun playing together.

Sing like a mermaid

Chances are if you are a member of our family you have heard Miles sing like a mermaid. It's really his only trick. And, we think it's really funny. It's what happens when you only have a big sister...you love The Little Mermaid.

Fixing Things

My husband would never call himself a handyman...as referenced by his thoughts here. And, so it is even more enjoyable to watch him put something together with the "help" of a 4 and 2 year old.

Miles' Birthday

Miles turned 2 a few weeks ago. We've tried and tried to get him to say how old he is, but whenever he is asked he just responds with, "Good."

We got him a basketball hoop and ball, which he calls his birthday ball. And, we play it all the time.

We also went to the zoo for his birthday. We did everything at the zoo that we don't normally do...bought presents, got faces painted and rode the bus.

And the next day Chris made his traditional rainbow cupcakes with frosting & sprinkles...but this time he put sherbet in ice cream cones and put the cupcakes on top. They were quite messy, but a big hit!
